The first production two-stage dust collectors will be built in 2004. These machines feature a cyclonic housing that discharges the waste into a fiber barrel. A clear flexible tube connects the cyclone to the fiber barrel to serve as a visual reference for an over-fill condition. The discharge barrel has (4) inspection windows for monitoring the proper fill level of the barrel.

A 12” diameter after-filter discharges into a fines collection container. A sight window is built into the filter for bag condition inspection. The machine is mounted to laser cut and formed steel legs.

The HD series machine is ideal for a stand-alone process solution. The HD has very low noise emission, yet the power to handle today's high-speed CNC routers and point-to-point machines. The wall mounted HD has been tested and certified without the motor control to UL-73 and is certified by the nationally recognized MET Laboratories, Inc.
